Michael Froeschl, CPA, MBA

With over 16 years offering financial advice, Michael, is passionate about helping our clients understand, orchestrate, and protect their financial life in a truthful and transparent relationship.
Michael is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received his accounting degree and his MBA from Rockhurst University in Kansas City. Prior to beginning his own practice in 2020, he managed the business consulting group for a regional CPA firm’s Kansas City office, where he served closely-held businesses across various industries.
Michael and his wife, Beth, have three children: Olivia, Grace, and Alex. When he is not chasing the kids around the house or heading to their school activities, he enjoys reading, cheering on our local sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.

Keith E. Heil, CPA, PFS

With over 30 years offering financial advice, Keith, is passionate about helping our clients simplify, understand, orchestrate, and protect their financial life in a truthful and transparent relationship.

Keith is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. Keith is an accredited Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) awarded by the AICPA. Keith is also an Independent Registered Investment Advisor Representative. Keith has served on the Faculty Advisory Board for the Accounting Department of University of Central Missouri.

Keith grew up in Carrollton, Missouri where he was active in his family’s farming operation for eight years. He graduated from University of Central Missouri with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Keith and his family moved to the Kansas City area in 1994 where he continued his career as a senior tax manager and director for KPMG.

When you don’t find Keith in his office, you will most likely find him in a duck blind, on a boat fishing, or exploring a sandy beach with his wife, Kelly. He is proud to officially be in the “Pa” category with 4 beautiful grandkids.

Kelly D. Heil

VP-Client Relations

I grew up always wanting to help people and cheer them on. My early days were spent cheering for basketball, then later football. I saw the need for an effective cheerleader and how it could change the energy in the gym or the crowd at a football game. I am always in my “sweet spot” when cheering on others…happy times or sad times. Here at Arise I am the VP of Client Relations. Some say I am the color in the office but I am here to make you feel right at home. Our home is your home!

After spending close to three years at the University of Central Missouri, I finished my BA in Education/Special Education at Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Missouri. I am also a certified Christian Life Coach from The Institute for Life Coach Training.

I love spending time with my family and friends especially in the beauty of nature. My greatest title now is Grandma to 4 very special littles!!
